Must-Have Skill Sets:

  1. Automation Testing:
    • Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Python for scripting.
    • Ability to build and maintain end-to-end automated test cases.
  2. Manual Testing Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of black-box, white-box, regression, system, and interface testing.
  3. Backend Testing & Database Validation:
    • Proficiency in SQL/MySQL for data verification and test data setup.
  4. Tools & Technologies:
    • Bug tracking: JIRA
    • Test management: Zephyr or Test Link
    • CI/CD and QA environment setup
    • Programming experience with Java, C#, C++, or XML is a plus.
  5. Agile Methodology:
    • Experience working in Agile teams, participating in sprints and daily stand-ups.
  6. Mobile & Web App Testing
