Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
  • Engage in development activities, focusing on Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
  • Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Postgres) and SQL for data management.
  • Participate in rotational shifts, demonstrating flexibility for morning and afternoon schedules.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in software development and production support.
  • Proven experience with Java Spring Boot and Microservices-based application development.
  • Hands-on experience managing production incidents and resolving critical issues.
  • Experience working with OpenShift and containerized deployments.
  • Exposure to mentoring junior developers and managing small teams.
