Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and event-driven services.
  • Create robust solutions to complex problems, focusing on scalability and security.
  • Collaborate with product delivery partners for successful solution builds, tests, and releases.
  • Engage with distributed requirements and technical stakeholders for shared design and development.
  • Support the full software lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and support.
  • Work with onsite and offshore teams to define testable scenarios based on requirements.
  • Participate in agile methodologies and daily standup meetings.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and deliverables.
  • Provide impact analysis for new requirements or changes and be responsible for low-level design.

Experience Required:

  • 8 -11 years of experience in designing and developing microservices-based architecture using Spring Boot and Java.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with MongoDB and AWS services to build scalable and secure applications.
  • Experience in implementing and consuming REST APIs and working within distributed systems.
  • Skilled in Agile development practices including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Previous exposure to working in a hybrid onsite-offshore model, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and conducting impact and risk analysis for new changes.
