Software Engineering Advisor

Technical Skills (Primary):** - PEGA - PEGARULES - 8 years of PRPC 7x or PRPC 8x - HCIF and/or other Pega solutions with Pega CSSA/CSA certification holders - Knowledge of REST Web Services and Micro Services - Expertise in object-oriented techniques/principles - System integration using web services and service interfaces - Database design **Responsibilities:** - Ability to work in SCRUM-based Agile teams and practice Agile methodologies and ceremonies. - Acts as the principal designer for complex major systems and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology tools and existing designs. - Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff at the highest technical level on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms and computing environments (e.g., host-based distributed systems, client-server software, hardware technologies, and tools). - Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions, or a combination of the available. **Technical Skills (Secondary):** - Nice to have (NOT MANDATORY): Strong skills in CI/CD and DevOps. **Soft Skills:** - Good communication - Presentation - Team player **Qualifying Questions:** - Explain about Classes in Pega - Explain the Requestor Type in Pega - What is the Pega Ruleset
