Software Engineering Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise web applications using Java technology, REST API, and Micro Services on OpenShift and AWS.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data, front-end and back-end engineers, analysts, DevOps, and technical product owners.
• Provide technical leadership in system design, conduct code reviews, coach team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
• Work in an agile development environment, experimenting with new technologies and collaborating with multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cloud and infrastructure teams for the setup and maintenance of environments.
• Oversee testing efforts with a focus on automation.
• Collaborate with onsite development teams for planning and execution of deliverables.

Experience Requirement:

• 11 - 13 years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
• Strong background in Java, Spring, and Microservices architecture.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and front-end technologies like ReactJS.
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs, Agile methodologies, and DevOps collaboration.
