Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, end-users, and UX practitioners to identify problems and opportunities.
- Apply human-centered and data-driven principles to conceptualize and validate user-friendly and business-aligned solutions.
- Perform task analysis, workflow analysis, process diagramming, and journey mapping.
- Create wireframes, multi-fidelity prototypes, and conduct usability testing and validation with evidence-based iteration.
- Design user interfaces and interactions, prepare detailed specifications, and provide implementation support.
- Ensure adherence to UX standards across products for usability and consistent user experience.
- Translate design specifications for technical teams and work effectively in both remote and collocated environments.
Experience Requirement:
- 5-12 years of experience in Human-Centered Design in an agile software development environment.
- Experience creating and executing usability tests.
- Experience designing interfaces for complex, multi-step interactions and data visualizations.
- Proficiency in responsive web or mobile application design with a mobile-first approach.
- Familiarity with web accessibility and assistive technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different products with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in presenting design work and receiving feedback in a team environment.
- Experience iterating on design solutions using UX best practices.
Education: Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation
