Software Engineer

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Software Engineer with Visa sponsorship. The Software Engineer will be primarily responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). The successful candidate will work to design and develop software solutions and applications that meet business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

Strong foundational knowledge of Computer Science principles
Experience with Back-End Web Development using languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
Practical knowledge of Software Development
Strong Programming knowledge in languages such as C++, Java, or Python
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Experience with SQL and database design fundamentals
Experience in working with RESTful APIs is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in working with Agile methodologies is an advantage
