Key Responsibilities:
- Phase 1 – High Priority Development
- Develop and implement solutions for the Top 5 high-priority QA software requests related to customer issues.
- Collaborate with QA and AE teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Phase 2 – Broader System Enhancements
- Address the remaining 41 QA software requests.
- Ensure system improvements align with quality management goals.
- Phase 3 – System Integration
- Assist in merging and harmonizing all QA applications into a single, comprehensive system.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of the integrated platform.
General Duties
- Participate in system design, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and training to QA users as needed.
🎓 Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in software development.
- Familiarity with QA processes and systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. VB.Net, ASP, C++, C#, PHP, Java, Python and etc).
- Experience with databases and system integration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance environments.
- Knowledge of customer complaint management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
