Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phase 1 – High Priority Development
  • Develop and implement solutions for the Top 5 high-priority QA software requests related to customer issues.
  • Collaborate with QA and AE teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Phase 2 – Broader System Enhancements
  • Address the remaining 41 QA software requests.
  • Ensure system improvements align with quality management goals.
  • Phase 3 – System Integration
  • Assist in merging and harmonizing all QA applications into a single, comprehensive system.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of the integrated platform.

General Duties

  • Participate in system design, coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and training to QA users as needed.

 

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in software development.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. VB.Net, ASP, C++, C#, PHP, Java, Python and etc).
  • Experience with databases and system integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance environments.
  • Knowledge of customer complaint management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
