Key Skills: ServiceNow, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, estimations, implementation, and customization of solutions using ServiceNow GRC modules.
  • Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop the GRC Applications in ServiceNow.
  • Design and configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Deliver technical expertise in ServiceNow development related to the IRM Module.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
  • Mentor team members and support their upskilling efforts.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and customization
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules

Nice-to-Have:

  • Understanding of IRM (Integrated Risk Management) workflows
  • Knowledge of Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting team upskilling

Education: Any Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or equivalent industry experience
