Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy new application modules, custom applications, workflows, and catalog requests in ServiceNow.
  • Identify system deficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Review and govern work during Agile sprints.
  • Develop modern API-based integrations with external applications.
  • Assist in resolving ServiceNow-related incidents and service requests within SLAs.
  • Research and implement new solutions to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Reuse and scale components to accommodate future growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to solve problems and identify innovative solutions.
  • Capture clear, detailed requirements aligned with business objectives.
  • Create well-documented and prioritized stories to streamline development efforts.
  • Facilitate high-quality testing to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize valuable work and promote Agile principles to enhance team productivity.
  • Enhance processes through root cause analysis, automation, and optimization.

Skills Required:

  • Must-Have:
    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization
    • Strong Business Analysis skills (requirement gathering, documentation, story creation)
    • Experience with workflow and catalog development
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Experience in application development and API-based integrations
    • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
    • Familiarity with root cause analysis, automation, and optimization
  • Soft Skills:
