What You’ll Do

Collaborate with other developers on a team to design, develop, maintain, and enhance high quality software products.
Build scalable, enterprise-class software products
Resolve problems of advanced scope and engage assistance from more experienced team members where appropriate.
Contribute to and benefit from a team of amazing people
Facilitate continuous improvement and agile SDLC
Mentor & Motivate other software engineers
Write clean, well-formed, testable, and maintainable software following the accepted coding standards and using best software development practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects in software and related systems on an advanced level.
Contribute to the project discovery process in a meaningful way.
Identify ways to optimize our software products to provide for the needs of our enterprise scale business.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS, React, JAVA.
Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation. 
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process 
Adept with developing, designing & scaling complex systems both horizontally & vertically 
Unit Testing, Git, CI/CD using Jenkins. 
Familiarity with analytics framework viz. GTM, Hotjar, etc. 
Exposure to technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, API Gateways, Service Workers, CDN, etc. is a plus. 
Openness to change and eagerness to work with tools and technologies that may be outside your comfort zone 
Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role 
Experience with PWA and SPAs is a plus 
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Figma/Sketch etc. is a plus.
