Priority

  • Building platform for developer productivity metrics. If you consider a developer as a customer and they're using your platform for software development they want to make sure they have visibility to platform working/experience. Want to collect metrics to drive improvements 

Top Requirements:

  • Previous Capital One experience is HIGHLY preferred
  • Want SR to lead level- if lead experience, need to be hands on---isn't a lead by the definition
  • Mix of Python, NodeJS and Golang (Python preferred)
  • Building most from scratch so leveraging Kubernetes from an infrastructure perspective. Containerized workflows with EKS from Kubernetes perspective , building lambdas, and owning the infrastructure
  • AWS Experience
  • Focused on developer experience so need people with experience working with software developer lifecycle and development tools and understanding that's the customer aspect and discipline
