Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

● Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

● Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and devise innovative solutions.

● Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry best practices.

● Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

● Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

● Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.

● Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features
