Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and developing new APIs using Java and Spring Boot
  • Collaborating with a well-rounded, tenacious team in an Agile environment
  • Working with cloud infrastructure and building scalable, resilient systems
  • Participating in code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD automation pipelines


 

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong background in C# development, with recent Java & Spring Boot experience
  • Proven expertise in API development
  • Solid experience in databases and SQL
  • Exposure to AWS services (S3, EC2 at minimum)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD)
  • Experience with JUnit, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines


 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with Apache Kafka, SNS/SQS, or other messaging queues
  • Experience with Docker, ECS, and containerization
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and 12-factor app design principles


 

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of hands-on development experience
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and solving complex problems
  • Strong communicator and a collaborative team player
