Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 8 or higher and Spring framework
  • Create and manage REST APIs and integrations with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and WSO2
  • Utilize GIT and Bitbucket for version control and collaboration
  • Implement CI/CD processes using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
  • Write unit and integration tests using JUnit to ensure code quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Work independently and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
  • Communicate effectively and maintain excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the Custody Banking domain is a plus

Skills Required:

  • Must-Have:
    • Strong experience in Backend Development
    • Proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher)
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Familiarity with Spring Boot framework
    • Working knowledge of JavaScript
    • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, WSO2, CI/CD (Jenkins, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and JUnit testing

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
