We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Alteryx Developer to join our Network Load Automation team, which supports critical functions in the RX Claim System. The developer will be responsible for managing and automating the network load processes for commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare loads (3x per week), ensuring compliance and handling new requests or system changes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Alteryx and SQL Server, along with a hands-on approach to testing and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and automation of network loads (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare).
- Alternate weekly responsibilities for executing network load processes.
- Handle incoming requests, system changes, and compliance updates.
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members including developers, QE, PM, PO, and Scrum Master.
- Perform initial testing of all developed workflows before handing off to the Quality Engineering (QE) team.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as part of the agile scrum team.
- Ensure system reliability and accuracy while maintaining documentation for all processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Alteryx, including Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
- Strong skills in data parsing, workflow optimization, and automation using Alteryx tools.
- Proficient with SQL Server – writing queries, stored procedures, and working with large datasets.
- Experience in testing your own code before quality assurance handoff.
- Familiarity with agile development and collaboration within a scrum team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications (if any):
- Experience with Python scripting for data manipulation or workflow automation.
- Background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry.
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to Medicaid and Medicare.
