Software Engineer in Test

Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with a focus on test automation using JavaScript or C#.

Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.

Expert with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar

Good understanding and Knowledge of databases (SQL)

Experience in leading or mentoring teams and promoting QA best practices.

Familiar with CI/CD Pipelines and Codefresh runner.

Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., TFS, Git)

Knowledge of RESTful API testing and integration testing.

Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, Swagger

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., TFS, Git)

Knowledge of Nonfunctional testing – Load testing, Performance testing

Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team - oriented environment.

A proactive mindset, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

BS in Computer Science or Equivalent
