Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operate as an entrepreneurial member within a start-up-like environment in a large InsurTech company.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of AI-driven software products.
  • Develop and ship scalable, cloud-native software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify agent use cases and implement real-world applications.
  • Build and evolve AI agents leveraging large language models (LLMs) to automate complex tasks.
  • Integrate LLMs into systems that support multi-step reasoning, action planning, and tool usage.
  • Monitor and improve agent performance, reliability, and safety in production environments.

 Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of software development experience using Python, Java, or similar languages
  • 2 years hands-on experience with AI application development, especially with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Hugging Face)
  • Understanding of agentic system design, including planning, tool integration, memory, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
  • Comfortable working in an iterative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration
  • B-Tech / M-Tech degree

 Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E./M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
