Software Engineer III

Responsibilities:

- Work in an Agile Software Delivery methodology, developing Java/Kotlin software

- Implement software fixes/enhancements to dynamic ad insertion software stack, including web services, databases, AWS lambdas, AWS SQS

- Frontend development if capable

- Participate in production support rotation

- Maintain/develop AWS infrastructure scripting (TerraForm) when necessary

- Collaborate with team on new dynamic ad insertion software stack development

Must Have:

- Experience working on an agile software team

- Experience with REST based microservices development in Java

- Experience with AWS development, Kubernetes (or other container architecture)

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL database development

- Experience with caching technologies

- Experience using issue tracking software (Jira)

- Experience with IDE development

- Experience with source code management and build software

- Ability to learn with minimal direction or supervision

- Excellent communication skills
