L1 Engineer
Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues, such as login issues, password reset, and data recovery.
Familiarity with Salesforce UI navigation and setup, including user management and profile setup.
Knowledge of data management, including data import, export, and delete.
Assist with basic security and permission setup.
Provide basic troubleshooting and debugging assistance.
