Software Engineer

Analyze, design, and develop software applications in ServiceNow for Version upgrade for clients.
• Develop and maintain applications using Studio IDE and JavaScript, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting code issues, and optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Implement version control and code repository best practices.
• Populate and maintain accurate CMDB data, monitor and enforce configuration processes, and support change management.
• Manage IT asset lifecycles from procurement to disposal, including tracking, audits, optimization, and integration with IT processes.
• Automate IT processes and workflows, including design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Kafka clusters, configure data streaming, ensure reliability, and collaborate on data integration and security.
• Receive, categorize, investigate, and escalate incidents, ensuring SLA compliance and post-incident improvements.
• Implement service mapping, analytics for performance data analysis, event management including event correlation, and maintain IT asset data accuracy and reliability.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve problem management processes.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related with at least 6 months of experience.
