Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams; write specifications and write improved procedures. Work with users through the fit gap analysis sessions, gathering and writing the Functional/Technical documents. Use Agile Methodology to deliver the projects and Enhancements. Written Test Cases for UAT Testing. Perform New Functionality implementation. Design and execute test plans, scenariso, scripts. Responsible for Identification And classification of proposed incident category (P1, P2, P3) and the source of all NE cases that gets created and streamlining. Accept Bachelor with 5yr exp as Master. Primary worksite is Johns Creek, GA, but relocation is possible.

Qualifications

Req: Master degree in Computer Science or Info Technology Management or related with 6 months exp as Release or Software Engineer or Developer or Analyst
