Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy integration processes using the Boomi AtomSphere platform
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and data flows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple environments
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Implement and promote best practices for development, testing, and deployment using Boomi
  • Mentor junior developers on Boomi development and integration methodologies
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and consistency
  • Optimize existing integration processes for better performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Manage Boomi runtime environments including Atoms, Molecules, and Clouds

Skills Required:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with the Boomi AtomSphere platform
  • Boomi Professional and Associate Developer certifications
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex integration solutions
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (ETL, API, EDI, real-time, batch)
  • Proficient with web services technologies: REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
  • Skilled in data mapping, transformation logic, and validation techniques
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database structures
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum-based development processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Boomi Architect certification
  • Experience with additional iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, etc.)
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Experience with middleware and messaging systems
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Understanding of microservices-based architecture
  • Scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or Groovy

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
