We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Access Control Systems Support Engineer with proven experience in automotive systems (EV experience is a plus).
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Support internal development fleet & customer vehicles
✔ Collaborate with validation engineers & suppliers to resolve issues
✔ Diagnose & root cause software/hardware issues using DTCs, DIDs, Grafana, CANoe, CANalyzer
✔ Support software/hardware development with troubleshooting & integration
✔ Create/manage issue reports and track resolutions
✔ On-call rotation (1 weekend/month)
✅ Required Qualifications:
4+ years’ experience with CAN bus & vehicle diagnostics
Background in software & hardware development support
Familiarity with BLE, NFC, LF, UWB technologies
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Automotive systems experience (EV preferred)
