Job Title: Software Development Manager (Hybrid - Product-Based)

📍 Location: Pune - Magarpatta (Hybrid Mode: 2 days/week in office)

🧠 Experience: 12+ years total, including 2+ years in team/people management

Key Requirements

Strong experience in GoLang, Java, REST APIs, Postgres, CI/CD tools

Cloud experience with Docker, Kubernetes on Azure, AWS, or GCP

Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Proven leadership in team mentoring and cross-functional coordination

Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies

Ability to convert product requirements into technical solutions

Skilled in risk assessment, multitasking, and managing changing priorities

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end software development life cycle

Define team objectives aligned with business goals

Ensure high-quality, testable, scalable solutions are delivered on time

Collaborate with stakeholders including PMs, designers, tech support, etc.

Drive technical standards, and ensure cross-platform compatibility

Manage schedules, resource allocation, and risk communication

Oversee testing strategies, ensuring coverage and quality

Own the entire code lifecycle including post-release support

Encourage continuous improvement and best practices adoption

Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools

Support team growth through mentoring, training, and performance management
