- Bachelor's degree or Five or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in telecom systems and knowledge of their architectures, technologies, terminology, and implementations.
- Experience in leading teams of design/architects of OSS/BSS applications.
- Experience in Order Management Systems (OMS)- Order intake and validation, Order orchestration, API Integration, Order Lifecycle Management, Resource allocation, Order tracking and status updates, Provisioning and fulfilment, Order modification and cancellation.
- Experience in optimising order fulfilment, capturing orders, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience in managing/leading development teams for applications built on Java/Spring boot Micro-services, Spring Reactive and full stack technologies.
- Knowledge of various open system technologies for applications built on Java/Spring boot, Micro-services and full stack technologies.
- Experience in building dev-ops pipelines.
- Experience in working on cloud platforms like GCP, AWS.
