Participate in client design and architecture work streams.
Assist in the design of the 365 system, development/customizations, ISV add-ons, and reports to meet the needs of the client.
Provide customers with best practise development and integration advice.
Create technical specifications for upcoming work.
Design data migration and integration mapping.
Make/review/approve development design documents for the development team.
Install dynamics 365 On Premise and any associated components.
Assist with Dynamics 365 Online deployment.
Previous versions of Dynamics 365/ CRM on premise must be upgraded, as well as migrations form On Premise to Online.
Forms, views, workflows, and reports in Dynamics 365 can be customised. Analyse and resolve technical issues with dynamics 365 and related technologies like ADFS, Scribe, and Portals/ADX Studio.
Required Skills:
Technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations
Minimum 2-3years’ experience designing and developing extensions/customizations for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
Experience in the design and implementation of system integration to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
Experience of Microsoft Common Data Service and the Microsoft Power Platform would be an advantage
Possess sound consulting skills with 1 – 2 years of client-facing experience with an implementation partner
Strong technical requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience
Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology
Excellent presentation skills with outstanding written and verbal English
Results-oriented and self-motivated to deliver with excellence
Client-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
