Description

  • Work on installing, configuration, integration, maintenance and development using Atlassian products like Jira
  • Work on creation of customized complex Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, notifications, and permission.
  • Troubleshoot access and/or performance issues
  • Provide Jira SME support to customers via approved collaboration tools
  • Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports
