Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for assessing, building, and improving the AI and Automation solutions that will contribute to the increase in adoption of the watsonx platform, specifically with watson Assistant and watsonx. orchestrate. You will build solutions that will be used as client zero stories to support sales increase for our sellers and clients. You will also be responsible for increasing automation with Cloud Paks and RPAs, reducing the manual and repetitive tasks our team executes for the CIO TPT organization.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
 

Automation experience on the process and technical side and designing and developing software bots with IBM RPA, Java, JavaScript, python, watsonx. orchestrate and Cloud Pak for Business Automation.

Required at least 7+ Years of Experience

Practical experience in an agile development team

Experience with business analysis, including process mapping and design

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
 

Excellent communicator, in particular, leveraging design methods to design automation solutions

Experience delivering solutions based on consistent processes and policies.

Understanding and proficiency in technical areas such as basic programming, APIs, advanced analytics, process modeling.
