API Development: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs—both client and server-side

Building internal APIs and consuming third party APIs

Front-End Frameworks:

Experience with React, Next.js, Vue, etc

Rely heavily on Ruby services

Looking to shift from server-side rendering to client-side renderings

Testing: RSpec Testing Framework w/ TDD principles

Collaborative QA environment with tested modular deployments

Deployments: modular CI/CD pipelines and contributing to a collaborative build-and-release environment.

2-3 production deployments per week

BONUS SKILLS:

• AWS Migration: Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Cloud Monitoring Tools: New Relic and AWS CloudWatch.
• Docker: Containerized application workflows.
• WebSockets: Real-time protocol experience (Solid Cable preferred)
