Software Developer

JOB DUTIES: Leading the development effort on Workflow Configuration tool. Developing an estimation and planning models for implementation and Plan/Product/Claims /Workflow upgrade project. Create solution architecture and plan the development effort. Leading enterprise application architecture & software development standards and frameworks, enterprise technical architecture and infrastructure standards and enterprise data architecture and standards. Evaluating new technologies and recommend extension, expansion, and update of technology standards, practices, and methodologies to implement Facets Workflow. Analyze current state Processing control agent configuration and lead the configuration effort on Facets Claims Workflow. Leading an effort to create Facets transformation project roadmap for the implementation of Facets workflow. Adopt Agile methodology and participate in methodology rollout and training activities. Mentoring architects, engineers, and analysts. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION :  Bachelor’s  degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ IS /Engineering (any)/Science or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as a Systems Analyst or Software Developer or Business Systems Analyst or closely related field. Employer also accepts a Bachelors degree (or foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science/Information Technology/IS / Engineering (any)/Science or closely related field earned through any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience as determined by a professional evaluation service plus Twelve (12) months of progressive work experience in related field.

EXPERIENCE :   Experience of Twelve (12) months working as Systems Analyst or Software Developer or Business Systems Analyst or closely related field is required.
