Software Delivery project manager

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end software delivery projects, including scoping, planning, resource coordination, and execution.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

Track project progress using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

Manage change requests and scope adjustments while maintaining delivery targets.

Monitor project risks and issues and implement effective mitigation and resolution plans.

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders through regular reporting and presentations.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT environments.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Experience working with project tracking and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
