Software Asset Management Technical Consultant(Developer)

Job Description:
Experience: 8-10+ YEARS of experience working on Software Asset Management products like ServiceNow SAM, SNOW Software etc.
Required Skills:
•       In depth knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro module and its data structure and should be ServiceNow SAM Pro CIS certified.
•       Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITSM module
•       In-depth understanding and knowledge/ certification of one or more major vendors licensing such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP,
•       Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc.
•       Working knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, Service Request Management applications and their features.
•       Good Presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø  Generate License Compliance positions for Vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle etc.
Ø  Plan for renewals, renewal recommendations.
Ø  Harvesting & Optimization etc.
Ø  Day to Day SAM operation work
Ø  Resource building and Resource planning
Ø  Training and Mentoring of the team.
Ø  Escalation handling.
