Software Asset Management Functional Consultant

Job Description:
Experience
7+ Years of experience working on Software Asset Management products like ServiceNow SAM, SNOW Software etc.
Required Skills:
•       CIS Certification in SAM Pro & ITSM.
•       In depth knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro Module, Data model/ tables and workflows
•       Knowledge of licensing models/ matrix
•       Hands on experience integrating SAAS applications and SSO integrations
•       Hands on knowledge of Discovery and CMDB
•       Good scripting knowledge, ServiceNow architecture and data model knowledge across ServiceNow applications.
•       Experienced in automating processes through flow designer and workflows, automating custom SLAs and notifications via Flow Designer
•       Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc. etc.
•       Experienced in implementation of UI policies, data policies, business rules, client script
•       Knowledge of Integration/ Integration hub
•       Good Presentation skills
•       Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.
•       High level Knowledge of publisher licensing like Microsoft, oracle etc.
