Support and maintain Cloud-based systems as well as Legacy platforms.
Work with core technologies including Java and Python; COBOL experience is considered a plus.
Hybrid work model: 40% onsite and 60% remote on a weekly basis.
Design and Develop: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level IT systems, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements. This includes creating architectural documentation.
Technical Leadership: Act as a technical expert and mentor for development teams. Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders, product managers, and business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to improve system performance, security, and scalability.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the architecture supports high-quality, maintainable, and testable code. Conduct code reviews and architectural audits.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of system architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
