- Create, maintain, and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and third-party integrations to the ServiceNow platform. Including automation and/or additional self-service features and functions.
- Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance.
- Utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation.
- Support the overall incident, problem, change management, asset management, project management, and security processes as needed.
- Onboard additional departments and expansion of IT Self-Service Portal functionality.
- Monitor the overall platform health to proactively identify possible areas of concern, establish and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Work with end users to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Strong knowledge and experience (2+ years) managing/developing/administering a large scale ServiceNow environment
- ITSM and ITIL concepts and Framework
- CMDB
- ITAM
- SPM
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to communicate and gather technical requirements from customers.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors, and other officials
A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science, management information science, or a related field, and two years of hands-on experience with implementing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or an associate degree in communications, business administration, computer science, management information science or a related field and four years of hands-on experience with implementing ITIL.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or related certifications
