Snowflake Production Support

Snowflake Production Support JD:
• Should have at least 7+ years of experience in IT industry
• Proficient in writing SQL queries/Stored Procedures and familiar with ETL processes
• Experience with data modeling and cloud computing environments
• Should be well-versed in Snowflake's unique features, like its handling of semi-structured data and its approach to data sharing and security.
• Proven track record of optimization within Snowflake
• Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization in a cloud data platform
• At least 3+ years of experience working in production support projects
• Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve applications issues.
• Incident Management (Incident resolution, stakeholder communication).
• Support Business Continuity Planning, Migration, Holiday activities.
• Automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis of issues/discrepancies by debugging code or analyzing logs.
• Improve application stability by observing patterns, recurring alerts or issues and provide solution for permanent fix.
