Responsibilities


 

  • Manage Snowflake accounts, users, roles, and access controls.
  • Implement and enforce data security best practices within Snowflake.
  • Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance, including identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
  • Utilize SQL and Snowflake-specific tools to query and analyze data stored in Snowflake.
  • Provide L2 support to users for Snowflake related issues.
  • Create and manage Snowflake databases, schemas, and tables.
  • Configure and manage data warehouses and data lakes within Snowflake.
  • Automate routine tasks using Snowflake scripting and stored procedures (optional).
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery procedures for Snowflake.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Snowflake.
