Key Result Areas and Activities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Snaplogic implementations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
• Hands-on experience with ETL, Data Management and Data Migrations
• Pipeline Development, enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 
• Manage data curation processes to ensure data is clean, consistent, and accurate.
• Experience with JSON and XML manipulation.
• Proficient in Expression Language.
• Take ownership of data delivery processes, ensuring timely and accurate data access for end users.
• Knowledge on REST APIs, SOAP Webservices, Authentication/Security concepts.
• Provide expertise in the pharma domain, understanding industry-specific data requirements and challenges.
• Define and implement best practices for data management, governance, and security.
• Proven ability to work on multiple requirements, design, and development approaches, methodologies (agile, iterative, waterfall, etc.) and risk mitigation approaches.

Work and Technical Experience:

1. Snaplogic Development:

• Hands-on experience in building end-to-end integrations using the Snaplogic development platform.
• Proficient in creating pipelines, connecting data sources, and transforming data within Snaplogic environment.
• Define and follow best practices for development.

1. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load):

• Well-versed in ETL processes, ensuring data flows smoothly between systems.
• Hands-on experience on ETL tasks using Snaplogic, such as data extraction, cleansing, and loading.
• Deep understanding of SQL and database concepts

1. Data Integration:

• Integration of various data sources, APIs, databases, and applications.
• Ability to handle complex data scenarios and ensure seamless data movement.

1. Cloud Integration:

• Experience with cloud-based integrations, especially within platforms like Azure, Azure, or Google Cloud.

1. Data Quality and Validation:

• Focused on data quality.
• Experience with any data profiling or validation techniques.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills are crucial for understanding requirements and translating them into efficient workflows.

1. Performance Optimization:

• Experience with performance tuning or optimization approach and techniques.
• Improved data processing speed, reduced latency, or optimized resource utilization.

1. Certifications and Training:

• Relevant certifications and trainings
• Deep understanding of Pharma domain

Must Have Skill Set

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in Snaplogic development, Data Management, Azure
• Hands-on experience in ETL and Data Migration projects
• Relevant Technical Certifications
• Pharma Domain Understanding
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Preferred)
