Description

Job Duties:  

  • Understands technical and functional design requirements for Smartsheet with the key ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Develops custom project management portfolio dashboards, reports, integrated schedules, and workflows that report upward to senior management.
  • Develops solutions to support program management planning and reporting.
  • Participates in developing tools, automation, and scripts to facilitate platform maintenance, operational efficiency, reliability, and administration.
  • Develops, monitors, troubleshoots, determines root cause, and validates jobs/processes throughout Smartsheet platform
  • Develop various solutions to support modernization efforts on Smartsheet
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Smartsheet integration issues
  • Develop according to Smartsheet best practices with focus on system sustainability, performance, and growth.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to onboard Smartsheet admins with new developed solutions, including thorough documentation.
  • Load, manipulate, and integrate data between Smartsheet and other systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience in application development, data modeling and/or data analysis
  • 5+ Years in Smartsheet Application Development
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity, environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Smartsheet Certifications and Development experience configuring/building solutions in Smartsheet, Work Apps, Dynamic Views, WorkApps, Data Shuttle, DataMesh and Functions and Formulas.
  • Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software
  • Experience in large-scale data management and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a nontechnical audience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • High proficiency in Functions and Formulas on Excel.
  • Ability to train and mentor team on Smartsheet capabilities and processes
  • Experience with project management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience developing Project Management solutions on the Smartsheet platform
  • Prior experience in developing reports and tools to support project management reporting
  • Prior experience with Power BI or PowerApps integrations with Smartsheet
