Sitecore Developer / Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer / Architect with strong expertise in design, development, and integration of enterprise-level digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Sitecore CMS, .NET Framework, and modern development practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of Sitecore-based applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI teams, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and system design.
• Develop custom components, modules, templates, and integrations within Sitecore.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across multi-channel environments.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and code reviews to junior developers.
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Optimize Sitecore websites for performance, SEO, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Sitecore applications.
• Stay current with Sitecore upgrades, patches, and new capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sitecore development and 2+ years in solution architecture (for Architect role).
• Strong expertise in Sitecore 9/10/10.3 (XM/XP/Headless).
• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React is a plus).
• Experience with Sitecore Helix principles, SXA, JSS, or Headless CMS implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, LINQ, Entity Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Azure (PaaS/IaaS), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Sitecore upgrades, migration, and personalization strategies.
