Site Reliability Engineering

As SRE, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. 
Key Responsibility 
. Activities
• Engineer, build and manage complete automation solutions using a combination of open-source, commercial technologies and in-house developed tools as appropriate. 
• Develop and maintain the automated provisioning of automation components. 
• Work with monitoring teams to outline monitoring requirements fand ensure effective support models. 
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements (process/tools)
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.

Technical Experience: 

Professional & Technical Skills: 
• Excellent knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles and methodologies. 
• Knowledge on DevOps tools such as,Ansible,,Apache and Maven are highly advantageous. 
• Expert knowledge of CI Management tools (Jenkins or similar). 
• Good understanding of build tools (Maven, Gradle or similar). 
• Strong knowledge of version control software (Git or similar). 
• Good knowledge of public cloud services and technologies (AWS, Azure Platform, etc)   
• Experience with systems administration and IT operations.  



Professional Experience:
• Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization  
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision  
- Flexible to work in 24/7 shift.
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders. 
• Intermediate in presentation and MS PowerPoint skills
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (or geography equivalent)– Business or technology preferred
