  • Test Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for various projects.
    • Define testing scope, objectives, and criteria for success.
    • Identify test automation opportunities and incorporate them into the overall test strategy.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.
    • Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and recommendations on testing and quality assurance matters.
    • Participate in project planning and review meetings.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defects.
    • Ensure all testing documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
