Key responsibilities:
• Support client in designing business data to logically model it, understanding of data modelling well enough to
physically model it and then understand the processing and performance issue to design the ETL processes using
advanced PL/SQL with Siebel CRM systems
• Proactive with Solution oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for Client requirements
• Hands On experience on Siebel Web Services experience (Inbound & Outbound), Siebel Sales, Service and Loyalty
8.1 or higher application configuration and troubleshooting experience
• Interact with senior leaders, understand their business goals, lead the delivery of the workstreams by travelling to
Trivandrum Kerala during key milestone activities like design workshop, SIT, UAT and Cutover.

• Siebel Web Services experience (Inbound & Outbound)
• Siebel Sales, Service and Loyalty 8.1 or higher application configuration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Siebel Marketing Campaign / Program management
• Oracle database experience. PL/SQL, stored procedures, & functions
• Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of Siebel configuration and eScripting
• Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model
• HTML 5, CSS3 or higher, Javascript, J Query• Understanding of relational database concepts
• Knowledge of computer science or engineering technical concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular
field
• Able to formulate, communicate, and implement technical solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and functional peers
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Lead or direct the work of others
• Mentor junior staff

To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years to Max 6 years of experience in Software Engineering / Information Technology or related
area
• Siebel Loyalty 8.1 or higher application configuration and troubleshooting experience
• Siebel 8.5 tools experience
• Experience with Loyalty program and promotion rule configuration
• Techno-functional Experience in minimum two of these modules (preferred all): Siebel Loyalty, Sales and Service
batch and real-time engine
• Should have positive and learning attitude, Good Communication, Strong Analytical skills
• Experience in Siebel CRM for Cruise or Travel/Hospitality industry
