Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment.

· Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)

· Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems.

· Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus.

· Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus

· Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems

· Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices

· Independent, well-organized, meticulous and responsive

· Committed, proactive and resourceful

· Strong team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally in multicultural environments
