Technical Expertise:
· In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, Exchange online: Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting sites, lists, libraries, workflows, permissions, and security settings.
· Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams: Expertise in managing teams, channels, apps, guest access, policies, and settings.
· Experience with both platforms' administration tools: Proficient in using the SharePoint admin center, PowerShell, Teams admin center, and other relevant tools.
· Knowledge of integration between SharePoint and Teams: Understanding how to connect these platforms for seamless collaboration and content management.
· Understanding of SharePoint and Teams security best practices: Implementing security measures, data encryption, access controls, and compliance policies.
