Technical Skills Required: 
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, REST API, Angular, SharePoint web services, responsive design 
Understanding of Office 365/SharePoint Online platform including but not limited to Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms 
Exceptional customer service skills 
Understanding of differences between SharePoint on premises and SharePoint Online 
Experience with system analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance 
Knowledge of web analytics tools is a plus
