SharePoint Architect

Job Description
We are looking for a SharePoint Solution Architect, to lead and implement modern employee communication portal and other enterprise-wide business solutions within Office 365/SharePoint Online. 
Skills & Requirements:
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·        Candidate must have hands-on working experience of 3+ Years as a SharePoint Architect/Consultant in Office 365 / SharePoint Online /Yammer/Stream
·        Strong Technical leadership – should be able to build technical capability and provide mentoring
·        Strong in Microsoft SharePoint Technologies (Yammer, Stream, Teams, SharePoint 2019 and Office 365 / SharePoint Online).
Must have worked on most of the following: 
·        Web Part Development – identify standard and custom development and execute
·        Search Customizations
·        Integration experience with third party SW and Tools
·        Experience in development using JSON, jQuery, JavaScript.
·        Knowledge of Agile Framework/SDLC
·        Be able to configure web parts (including 3rd party) etc.)
Responsibilities:
·        Understand, prepare and present solutions to business that address issues
·        Responsible for architecture, design and lead development of applications Microsoft SharePoint Online and other technologies.
·        Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed software development sprint plans and release schedules.
·        Ability to map user requirements to standard Office 365/SharePoint online features, identify customization areas, estimate the customization effort and translate the analyzed requirements to design using SharePoint online.
