SharePoint Admin/SME

• Function as the Subject Matter Expert for Fitch’s M365 SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments
• Part of the team that is responsible for the day-to-day engineering and support of all core Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Azure/Entra ADDrive the enterprise-wide migration of disparate file share systems into SharePoint Online
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology partners to integrate M365 collaboration platforms (SharePoint and Teams) with business applications and processes
• Drive integration of 3rd party governance and provisioning tool (AvePoint) for SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive

What You Need to Have:

• 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology, with specific focus on SharePoint
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering and support experience
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD and Microsoft security
• Must be able to work as part of a team with a strong focus on end user experience

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Experience with Microsoft Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and PowerBI)
• PowerShell scripting
• Experience implementing and supporting AvePoint Cloud Governance and Policies
• Prior experience working in a regulated industry
