The State of Wisconsin seeks a SharePoint Systems Administrator IV to provide administrative support for SharePoint environments (on-premise and SharePoint Online) and related systems. Responsibilities include system upgrades, PowerShell scripting, SharePoint migrations, and creating governance models. The position is primarily responsible for research, development, support, and management of the on-premises Enterprise SharePoint Farm server infrastructure and the Enterprise O365 SharePoint online environment.
Duties include:
- Administering SharePoint 2016, O365 SharePoint Online, and hybrid environments.
- Leading technical governance efforts and coaching agency admins on best practices.
- Managing third-party tools (Bluebeam, DocAve, Sharegate).
- Providing PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Leading governance meetings and customer advisory group sessions.
- Collaborating on shared infrastructure designs and disaster recovery plans.
Required Skills (10+ years):
- SharePoint administration.
- Migrating/Upgrading SharePoint environments.
- PowerShell scripting.
- SharePoint architecture and infrastructure assessments.
- Create and manage SharePoint Online governance model for multi-agency tenant space.
- Server management.
- Coaching State Employees who are SharePoint Admins
